Souma Shiki (四季 蒼真, Shiki Sōma) is one of the main characters in Play It Cool, Guys series. Souma is introduced in chapter four of the manga and episode four of the anime.
Appearance[]
Souma is a cute boy with a baby face, he is often mistaken as a high schooler despite being a college student. His hair is dyed magenta matched with his eyes. He has 3 piercings on his left ear with a triangle shaped tattoo behind it and 1 piercing on the right ear.

Souma is a 19 year old vocational student with a baby face who is often mistaken for a high school student. He is an "accepting and positive type" with a shallow sense of humor and laughs at his own screw-ups. He is studying design and has many hopes for the future, but he is worried that he does not have the right "weapons" and is having a hard time taking action.

Hayate Ichikura: Souma met Hayate outside of Mawarimichi cafe. Refers to Hayate as "Hayate-kun"
Shun Futami: Souma met Shun at the park while taking photos of the surrounding area. Refers to Shun as "Shun"
Takayuki Mima: Souma met Takayuki when picking up his older brother after a night of drinking with Takayuki. Refers to Takayuki as "Mima-san"
Motoharu Igarashi: Souma met Motoharu at the park when walking Sakura-chan with Hayate and Shun. They meet more formally later at the movie theater. Refers to Motoharu as "Motoharu-kun"

Etymology[]
- The name Souma means "blue, pale" (蒼) (so) and "real, genuine" (真) (ma).
- Soma's surname Shiki means "four seasons" (四季).
